Jr. NBA Youth Leadership Conference led a session on the "Business of Youth Sports" and the practical processes, customer service, and experiences needed to not only grow the league, tournaments, and camps' participation, but get families to come back the next year.

Revel Marketing founder Steve Buzby was growing his Denver based startup lifestyle sponsorship agency, bringing on new staff weekly and building a seven-figure business rapidly. He was stuck working in the weeds of his business, and wanted to work on the growth and sustainability instead. Rob helped him focus on growth by putting the right people into key account service roles to get him back on track. We pushed them to develop an e-sports consulting and analytics business, as well as a digital marketing agency. Not only did it help their core business, but also added revenue channels and monthly cash flow to buffer the sponsorship business that ebbs and flows.

Academy Travel is a Diamond-EarMarked Authorized Disney Vacation Planner for Walt Disney World and Disney Cruises Lines. We provided digital marketing strategies, social media management, and analytics across several digital channels to increase their followers by 34% over 6 months and increased engagement 359% over the same window. Currently, we are helping them build a multimedia business unit by recruiting content creators and aggregating all content under one umbrella to monetize, drive SEO, and convert followers into leads and consumers.
F.Y.E National Retail Stores: GamePlanU Studios managed FYE's corporate national digital marketing campaigns, social media channels, creative strategy, graphic designs, copy, analytics, Facebook Ads, Facebook Live events, and a scheduling process that produced over 2,000 posts and increased website traffic 40% over a six month period .

The Chicago Dogs Baseball: Provided a "Social Selling" webinar for the sales team which was focused on building the account executive's digital branding and voice. Using tips, tools, and techniques to gain massive online attention, they built relationships and filled their sales funnels with quality leads using Linkedin by proactively prospecting key influencers using Twitter, Instagram, and podcasts.

UCONN FanFest: Our goal for the UConn Athletics Department was to create a promotional platform to market the UConn football team going up to the BCS level and the opening of a new stadium. In 2001, I created and negotiated the rights to 5 years with the UCONN FANFEST, which was a grassroots interactive initiative. We took several inflatables, data capture, and brought mascot and player appearances, which created an authentic UConn Athletics Experience on campus during football, M&W basketball, and M&W soccer games. UCONN FANFEST also held off-campus community events within Connecticut at festivals, fairs, summer youth camps, etc.

National Football League: Managed and operated the NFL "Play Football" Youth Development programs in the US, Canada, Asia, and Mexico. Established 300+ leagues in the US and operated camps, clinics, tournaments, and special events around Super Bowls 1995-2001. I wrote the NFL FLAG coaches practice curriculum which was published in several languages, and trained thousands of volunteer coaches throughout the US, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, Canada, and Mexico.

BIGEAST CONFERENCE: The BigEast Conference was looking for additional programming and sponsorship activation assets during the BigEast Basketball tournament in 2015. We created and operated a 3v3 basketball tournament held in conjunction with the weekend tournament for elite and amateur adult divisions.

USA SWIMMING: Through an exploratory meeting, I discovered that USA Swimming was eager to expand programming to drive youth memberships. They were interested in something outside the box but that also complimented their current youth programming. I created a traveling interactive "Edutainment" property called Swimjitsu, which is a mix between American Ninja and Wipe Out, but on the water using a massive inflatable obstacle course. USA Member Swim Club events were hosted throughout the country.

USA Basketball & FIBA 3x3 Basketball: Operated a series of U18 and Recreational Hoop it Up 3x3 Basketball tournaments in North America. Produced multiple market events which qualified teams to represent the USA National Teams and the United States in FIBA 3x3 Global Championships. Operated the FIBA 3x3 North American U18 Championships at the Gaylord Resort in Washington DC.
