As a former college hockey player at Holy Cross College, JR pursuit of the NHL ended early taking him into a downward spiral trying to reinvent himself with a new identity and purpose off the ice. Knowing in his DNA he was a grinder, people person and natural salesmen, he went all in on driving revenue and sales and became a became a business sales profession. His goal was if he wasn't going to play in the NHL, he was going to create the earning power of one. And earn is what he did and led others to do. After an substantial exit as the CRO with a tech startup, he launched Shift Group to guide College Athletes on a career path of business development and unrestricted income as a Sales Professional.
